Security Precautions

Driving of our rental cars is prohibited under the influence or consumption of alcohol, drugs and similar products forbidden under Romanian law
Appropriate safety measures such as removal of key from ignition when car not in use, closing all windows and the luggage compartment and activating of the automatic alarm device, should be taken.
To use only the public roads in Romania and not to drive in unfamiliar terrain not marked as public road(s). To avoid flooded or broken roads causing damage to the vehicle.

Driving the car under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medical substances that affect driving abilities is strictly forbidden
The car is to be immediately returned after the expiration of the rental period. In case of exceeding the contractual terms with more than 2 hours, the lessor is entitled to consider the car stolen and report the theft to the Police
Please inform us immediately if any technical or mechanical occurs with the car rented by you. The Lessor will inform and instruct you about what is to be done under such circumstances. No mechanical parts are to be added or modified by the Lessee under any circumstances
Any theft / loss / damage to the car or parts of the car is to be informed of within 12 hours of such an incident
In case of loss or theft of the Vehicle Registration Certificate/temporary circulation authorization, car keys and/or remote controls, clients are to immediately inform us (within 12 hours)
To strictly comply with all driving laws and legislation within Romanian jurisdiction
The renter is to strictly comply with the Romanian driving legislation, as well as the instructions from the car user manual
